Remembering Who You Are
Resolving conflict within in order to transform conflict between us
Our Impact
We’ve worked on improving the lives of over 3,000 people through direct practice.
Liberate From Hate facilitates and promotes a movement to liberate our hearts from hate with practical tips on doing this on a daily basis. We are engaged in several initiatives to ease hatefulness suffering and give tools to reduce ignorance, anger and frustrations with diversity.
All of our initiatives are designed to enable and facilitate healing and engaging in a world of encounter instead of confrontation in a sustainable and transformative manner.

What we do
We support local communities and individuals with tools and projects that facilitate conflict transformation, reduce us/them identity dehumanization, and provide pathways to better mental and emotional health, education and economic sustainability.
At-Risk Youth
We serve those youth who are both living in at-risk communities and who have engaged with the criminal justice system and now incarcerated. Most of these youth have experienced extensive trauma and other adverse childhood experiences and need to be seen as traumatized, not problems. These youth need mental health treatment services, not incarceration. Approximately eighty percent (80%) of youth incarcerated today have a diagnosable mental health conditions that have often gone untreated. Our programming has been shown to reduce violence and disciplinary actions in youth detention centers.
We’ve worked with incarcerated youth and resettled refugee youth to help them process the mental, emotional, and behavioral toll their violence experiences have had on them.
Violence -Affected
Whether a youth living in at-risk communities having been directly or vicariously exposed to violence, or the adults in those communities or having experienced intimate personal violence, the trauma from direct and vicarious violence creates mental, emotional as well as physical traumas. We provide trauma-informed complementary mental health programs that help heal these mental and emotional wounds.
Addictions
Those suffering from addictive behaviors, whether to drugs, alcohol, sex, food, shopping, or other sources of distraction all suffer from mental, emotional and behavioral health concerns that drive them into attempts at escapism. These mental, emotional and behavioral conditionings can turn into physical conditionings as well, but the root is mental and emotional. Having a additiction is not who they are, but a conditioning and behavior pattern they have. We help them remember who they are, why they run to whatever addictive distraction they choose and how to create and reinforce new patterns.
Unworthiness, Victim-hood, Unlovability & Other Conditioned Stories
The human ego interprets many limiting and false beliefs about oneself in response to unkind and unloving treatment from others. Our ego, a perpetual 4-year old in our head, misinterprets terribly suffering thoughts and stories about who we are and are not from our painful experiences. Our complementary programming helps deprogram those false stories and helps people remember who they are and heal from those false mental stories, intense emotions, and destructive and sabotaging behavior patterns
